What does EMSCULPT feel like?

The EMSCULPT procedure feels like an intense workout, without the intense soreness. You can lay down and relax during the treatment. The energy settings can be increased or decreased based on your desired intensity level. Many patients are able to achieve the highest intensity on their first treatment.

How long is the treatment?

Each treatment is 30 minutes long with a recommended minimum of 4 sessions scheduled 2-3 days apart. After that, it’s up to you how often you’d like to EMSCULPT to maintain or increase muscle definition. We will help you create a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific goals and that fits your schedule.

How do I prepare for my treatment?

We encourage patients to stay well-hydrated before, during, and after completing their EMSCULPT treatments to maximize their results. Continue a healthy lifestyle with regular cardiovascular exercise, a well-balanced diet, and avoiding harmful substances like nicotine, alcohol, and drugs.
